Services I Offer
Individual Counselling – 50 minutes (£60.00)
Individual counselling offers a confidential, one‑to‑one space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening in your inner world. It’s a place to explore anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship patterns, self‑esteem, work pressures, or any emotional challenges that feel overwhelming or unclear.
Sessions focus on helping you understand your thoughts and feelings, recognise unhelpful patterns, and build resilience. The aim is to support you in gaining clarity, strengthening your sense of self, and moving toward meaningful personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Counselling – 1 hour (£70.00)
Couples counselling provides a supportive, neutral space for partners to talk openly about what’s happening between them. It can help with communication difficulties, recurring conflict, disconnection, life transitions, or the impact of stress, trust issues, or external pressures on the relationship.
The work focuses on understanding each partner’s experience, improving communication, and rebuilding connection. Sessions aim to help you navigate challenges together, strengthen your bond, and develop healthier, more compassionate ways of relating so the relationship can move forward with greater stability and understanding.
Clinical Supervision – 1 hour (£50.00)
Clinical supervision provides a supportive, confidential space for counsellors and therapists to reflect on their practice, explore challenges, and develop their professional confidence. It offers an opportunity to step back from the demands of therapeutic work and think more deeply about your clients, your therapeutic relationships, and anything that may be coming up for you in your work.
The work focuses on developing self-awareness, exploring different perspectives, and supporting safe, ethical and effective practice. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your individual needs, with space to reflect, learn and grow as a practitioner. Whether you are newly qualified or more experienced, supervision can provide a place to feel supported, encouraged and thoughtfully challenged throughout your professional journey.
